Availability
All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.
Please note your right to return products does not apply on personalised items, those made to your specifications. These may only be returned if they are faulty.
Delivery

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of order with delivery within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of order. Depending on weight and size, deliveries are either via Royal Mail or Courier service.
We also offer a guaranteed next day delivery for orders received before 2pm.
Very rarely, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform you if this is the case as soon we have received your order and advise you of a delivery date, which, in most cases, will be no more than 5 days. Please inform us if you have a 'must deliver by' date.
For orders less than £20 carriage is £3.95 and for order from £20-£40 carriage is £4.95.
Guaranteed next day delivery is £6.95.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are calculated by our system, based on the weight of the package.
We can ship to most overseas destinations. Carriage charges are based on weight of the package and we will notify you of the cost when the order is confirmed by us.
Your credit / debit card will only be charged once the goods have been despatched. Cheques will be banked on receipt for security reasons. The invoice address must match that of your card statement address and a home telephone number is required.
Customers can also collect from Tana Mana premises free of charge. Once you have placed your order, we will call to arrange a suitable time.
Returns

If for any reason you are not delighted with your goods and would like to return them, please telephone us quoting your receipt number within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been used, washed or damaged or any personalised items.
Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as claims for lost returns parcels without proof of posting will not be accepted. We are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods. We try to process returns as quickly as possible however please allow upto 28 days.

Tana Mana shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account.

We make every effort to make sure your personal data is secure, including name, address. We do not hold credit card information. Credit card payment is made through a secure website using the latest SSL technology. Information remains scrambled whenever it is transmitted over the web. This means that ordering via our site is even more secure than ordering over the phone.

If you have shopped with us we will hold your name, address, telephone number, email address. We will also hold the delivery address(es) for your orders and the password information associated with your account. We also maintain a record of your product selections.
We use the information we hold on your records for operational purposes; for example processing your order, dealing with queries, tracking deliveries, reviewing past purchases.
Your order history enables us to tailor our product range and marketing information (e.g. promotions and special offers) to your requirements.
All the information we hold is used to improve your customer experience.
